Who We Are
At Recycle South, people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re a disability-inclusive, not-for-profit social enterprise employing over 100 people — more than 80% of whom identify as disabled. Our team works across recycling, processing, administration, and customer service, creating a workplace where everyone belongs and has the opportunity to grow. We don’t just provide jobs — we create pathways. We help our team members develop skills, build confidence, and transition into mainstream employment, opening doors to independence and new opportunities.
Our purpose extends beyond employment: we provide a structured, inclusive environment, offer respite and support for whānau, and foster social connection to reduce isolation. Explore what we recycle here
